@ Y Ty Celf Gallery, 1 John Street, Llanelli, SA15 1UH
From violets in the hedgerows and catkins on the trees to the birds busy collecting nesting material...there is so much to inspire us at this time of year. We will be using a combination of two printmaking techniques - drypoint (scratching into a plastic plate) and monoprinting (applying freehand colour to the plate) - to make some hand printed designs celebrating the return of Spring. Lots of inspiration material will be provided but feel free to bring your own photographs to work with.
Age 16+. Suitable for both beginners and the more experienced. Refreshments and all materials are provided, including aprons, but wearing old clothes is recommended.
This is a small group workshop of 8 people so places are limited. If you are booking for more than one person and have problems checking out due to insufficient places being available, please message me via the chat or the contact page and you can be put on a waiting list in case of cancellations.
Please bring your confirmation email as proof of purchase of your space/s. If you or any of your booking group cannot attend please let me know as soon as possible so the space can be readvertised. Full refunds for individuals unable to attend will be given for cancellations up to 10 days before the event - for notice of less than 10 days there will be a 50% refund unless your space can be filled.
For more workshops available over the next few months, check this website or Y Ty Celf Gallery.
